The Villetta della Valle apartment is located in a separate part of the main house (Villa della Valle) and has its own entrance. Authentic natural materials such as wooden beams and old floor tiles characterize the interior.

The apartment has a large private terrace with a large dining table, comfortable chairs and is shaded by a wooden pergola, an olive tree and a giant fig tree. There is also a barbecue available.

In the living room there is a wood stove and 2 easy chairs. The apartment has WiFi. In the winter months, the apartment is heated by underfloor heating and a wood stove.

There are 2 separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a comfortable double electrically adjustable bed.

The other bedroom has 3 beds, one of which is a bunk bed and a single bed. This room can also be furnished with a double bed or with 2 single beds. The apartment has a separate toilet.

On the property is a large swimming pool 12x5.5 meters with diving board, outdoor shower and sun terrace. From here you have a beautiful panorama over the vineyards and the calanghi. A large trampoline, table tennis table and a swing provide plenty of fun for children in addition to all the space in the great outdoors.

A hot tub (Dutch tub) is available for the winter months. Within 45 minutes you are in the Sibillini Mountains where you can take beautiful walks and ski in winter. And just a 25-minute drive away is the Adriatic Sea with its beautiful white sandy beaches, palm trees and numerous eateries.
