Villa della Valle
Villa & Villetta della Valle is located in a peaceful valley of the hills of Le Marche near the towns of Montalto della Marche, Porchia and Cossignano. Until recently, the villa was a typical Italian farmhouse and was carefully restored in 2007, preserving the many authentic elements.
The farmhouse consists of a large, luxurious holiday home Villa della Valle and a comfortable apartment Villetta della Valle. Villa & Villetta della Valle has a large swimming pool that shines in the sun between the olive groves, the vineyards and not far from the Adriatic sea.
Here is Italy la Dolce Vita, il dolce far niente; enjoy without an agenda, away from the hectic and surrounded by friendly hospitable people. Enjoy the wine from our region, the vegetables from our own vegetable garden or eat out in one of those typical Italian restaurants. It is the ideal place for you who want to experience the pure and authentic Italy and also enjoy the peace, space, comfort and the outdoors.

Villa della Valle is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The villa consists of a large kitchen, sitting room, 5 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. There is also a veranda of 20x4 meters which is furnished with a large dining area, a relax corner and a pizza wood oven. The living kitchen, including the living room, are located in the former stable of the house. The living kitchen consists of a designer kitchen with cooking island, a large dining table with comfortable dining room chairs and Tripp-Trapp chairs.

The Villetta della Valle apartment is located in a separate part of the main house (Villa della Valle) and has its own entrance. Authentic natural materials such as wooden beams and old floor tiles characterize the interior. In front of the apartment is a large private terrace that is shaded by a wooden pergola and a giant fig tree. The interior is comfortable and consists of a kitchen with stainless steel work island and an old wood table with 5 dining chairs.

'We have to tell you something' ...
Anuscka Bonnier and Godfried Heuvelmans told their friends and family in the summer of 2006. The friends and family braced themselves. Maybe there was an afterthought? No. "We are moving to Italy. We have bought an authentic farm that we are going to renovate. ' No one responded enthusiastically. Everyone thought it was a strange plan. Godfried and Anuscka had their life in Haarlem in order. Godfried had a lot of work as a contractor, Anuscka as an interior designer.
Renovation in Le Marche
Godfried had his own installation and construction company in the Netherlands for many years, with the emphasis on restoring old and monumental buildings. He continued his activities in Italy. He works in Le Marche with various brokers, construction engineers and contractors from the immediate vicinity. His first big job was the renovation of Villa della Valle. Godfried can assist you in, among other things, mapping out structural defects and making a draft building plan.
