Villa della Valle
Villa della Valle is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The villa consists of a large kitchen, sitting room, 5 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. There is also a veranda of 20x4 meters which is furnished with a large dining area, a relax corner and a pizza wood oven.
The kitchen, including the living room, are located in the former stable of the house. The kitchen consists of a designer kitchen with cooking island, a large dining table with comfortable dining room chairs and Tripp-Trapp chairs for the little ones.
The sitting room has a large living room with an ottoman, a chaise longue and a fireplace. The villa has underfloor heating. In the sitting room there is a smart television. There is also a large bookcase with various reading books for young and old, DVDs and games. In the whole house there's WiFi.
Next to the sitting room is the utility room with wardrobe, washing machine, hot water installation, etc. In the large hall is the toilet and stairs to the 1st floor.
The 1st floor consists of 2 departments. On the right side are 3 bedrooms. Previously, these were the bedrooms of the 3 daughters.
All three bedrooms have good comfortable double beds. All beds can also be made up as single beds. There is sufficient wardrobe board space in each room.
The bathroom is very spacious: there are three sinks and a large shower.
On the left side there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a work space.
The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and spacious wardrobes. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds or a comfortable double bed. Villa della Valle has several children's beds and an extra bed can be placed in 2 of the 5 bedrooms.
The bathroom is luxuriously furnished and has a double sink, shower, free-standing oval bath, toilet and bidet.
Villa della Valle is surrounded by a spacious garden with a panoramic view over the hills.
A large trampoline, ping-pong table and a swing provide plenty of space in the great outdoors for lots of children's fun. Villa della Valle is ideal for a holiday with friends or with the whole family.
