In front of the apartment there is a large private terrace with a large dining table, comfortable chairs and shade provided by a wooden pergola and a gigantic fig tree. There is also a barbecue available.

The kitchen has a wood-burning stove and 2 lazy armchairs. In the winter months the apartment is heated by underfloor heating and a wood stove.

Villetta della Valle has a living room with a lounge sofa, chaise longue, a drawing/computer table and a smart TV. There is WiFi in the apartment.

The apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The second bedroom can be furnished in different ways. Either with a bunk bed and a third bed. Or with a double bed or with 2 single beds. This bedroom also has its own bathroom with sink and shower. The apartment has a separate toilet.

The apartment is also very pleasant for 2 people. And the wood-burning stove makes it very pleasant to stay in the spring and autumn. A hot tub (Dutch tub) is available for the winter months.

On the garden is a large swimming pool 12x5.5 meters with diving board, outdoor shower and sun terrace. From here you have a beautiful panorama over the vineyards and the calanghi. A large trampoline, table tennis table and a swing provide plenty of space for children to enjoy in the great outdoors.

Within 45 minutes you can reach the Sibillini Mountains, where you can take beautiful walks and enjoy skiing in winter. And just a 25-minute drive away is the Adriatic Sea with its beautiful white sandy beaches, palm trees and numerous eateries.
